Each panel is CNC milled from full 4′ × 8′ sheet material. Relief carving requires perimeter machining allowance to maintain structural stability, edge integrity, and clean installation performance.
The finished panel dimension reflects precision edge trimming and machining tolerance consistent with architectural millwork standards.
Final module sizing and seam layout are confirmed during the shop drawing approval phase.

For both the Standard and Custom pathways, shop drawings are issued for client review and formal sign off prior to fabrication. Final dimensions, layout, material selection, and finish specifications are confirmed at this stage. Fabrication proceeds based on the approved drawings. All panels are made to order.
Packed securely in a standard wood crate pallet. Available for FOB pickup in Richmond or shipping across North America, with standard or express delivery options.
