How projects actually move forward

Submit Project Details

Projects begin by submitting project requirements through our inquiry form.
This allows us to understand scope and determine the appropriate pathway.

Design discovery and feasibility review

Using the details you’ve provided, we validate feasibility and confirm the preferred project pathway.

The process moves forward based on your selections:

Custom pathway
Design intent, spatial constraints, and material direction are reviewed to establish scope before pricing or drawings.

Standard pathway
Selections are made from Fomra’s published collections, with confirmation of sizing, quantities, and use.

Receive budget range

A preliminary budget range is provided based on scope, scale, material direction, and production complexity.
This establishes cost alignment before any further design development work begins.

Design development & deposit

Deposit is required to move the project into detailed development. Upon approval of drawings and scope, a design or production fabrication scheduling.

Shop drawings approval

Detailed shop drawings, material specs, and finishes are reviewed and approved prior to fabrication.

Fabrication & delivery

In-house fabrication is completed, followed by coordinated packaging, logistics, and delivery to site*.

Install support or installer handoff

Local installation available; install support elsewhere
